Shipping, Warranties and Returns
At Estudio de Fluidos, we work to provide a clear and reliable service for the management of orders, shipping, warranties, returns and claims related to our industrial supply products.
The following general conditions apply to product availability, prices, invoicing, order cancellations, returns, warranties and possible transport incidents.
Product Availability
In accordance with applicable regulations, orders will be processed strictly in the order in which they are received.
The sale and delivery of the goods offered are subject to product stock and availability while stocks last.
In the event of exceptional circumstances, simultaneous multiple orders, lack of stock or any other situation resulting in a product being out of stock, the order and the contract entered into between the parties may be rendered void under this termination clause.
In such case, Estudio de Fluidos will inform the customer by email or by another contact method provided, and will fully refund any amounts paid for that order, without either party being entitled to any compensation for breach of contract, direct damages or loss of profit.
Prices
The prices published on the website are expressed in euros.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include VAT or shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount where applicable.
For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the taxes, duties or charges applicable under the regulations in force in each of these territories shall apply.
Product prices may be modified at any time. However, except in legally established cases or in the event of a manifest error, such changes will not affect orders for which Estudio de Fluidos has already sent the customer an order confirmation.
Invoices
The customer gives their express consent to the issuance of invoices in electronic format.
If the customer wishes to receive an invoice in paper format, they may request it at any time by contacting our Administration Department by email at administracion@edfluidos.com, through the contact form or by calling (+34) 942 25 27 50.
Order Cancellation
The customer may request the cancellation of an order by contacting Estudio de Fluidos by phone at (+34) 942 25 27 50, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order can be cancelled before shipment, the cancellation will be free of charge for the customer and no reason will need to be provided.
Once the cancellation has been processed, Estudio de Fluidos may confirm it by email or by another contact method provided by the customer.
In the event of cancellation of an order that has already been paid for, the refund will generally be made using the same payment method used by the customer.
Returns
The customer shall have the right to return delivered products when they are defective or do not conform to the order received.
In such cases, once the incident has been verified, Estudio de Fluidos will manage the return in accordance with the applicable regulations and, where appropriate, proceed with the refund of the purchase price.
The return of goods may be carried out either by transport arranged by the customer or in person at our facilities.
Before initiating a return, we recommend contacting our Administration Department by phone at (+34) 942 25 27 50 to obtain further information and agree on the most suitable return method.
Warranties
Estudio de Fluidos will manage and enforce warranty rights in accordance with the conditions offered by the manufacturer and within the framework of the applicable legislation in force.
In order to process a warranty correctly, the customer must provide the necessary information regarding the product, the order and the incident detected.
Condition of Goods and Packaging
Returned goods must include all their original elements and, as far as possible, retain their original packaging.
They must also be accompanied by the corresponding original documentation. If the product cannot be returned in its original packaging or with all its elements and documentation, the product may suffer depreciation.
No exchanges or returns of goods will be accepted after 15 days from receipt of the goods at the customer’s address, except in cases where the applicable regulations provide otherwise.
Damage During Transport
The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt to check whether any breakage, damage or incident occurred during transport.
If damage is detected in the goods received, the customer must file a claim as soon as possible, attaching photographs of the condition of the goods and providing the available details of the carrier, such as ID number and vehicle registration number, where applicable.
This information will allow the incident to be managed more quickly and appropriately with the corresponding transport company.

The purpose of HIFLUNECAN S.L., Estudio de Fluidos, is to keep the information published on this website up to date, clear and accurate.
However, typographical, technical or update errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, availability or other content. Estudio de Fluidos will correct any errors it detects or that are reported to it.
